Shipping Area and Cost

Noctivon offers a free standard shipping service for global customers when their purchase exceeds $39.99. No additional standard shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Order Cutoff Time

All orders must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. ET on business days. Any order received after 2:00 p.m. ET will not begin processing until the next business day.

Processing Time

We typically need 24 hours to prepare your order for shipment. Our processing operations run Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends and U.S. public holidays.

Transit Time

After your order leaves our facility, standard transit generally requires 3 business days. Please be aware that carriers may not operate on weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From the time you place your order until you receive the goods, it is estimated to take a total of 2 to 4 weeks. This period includes 24 hours of processing time and 3 working days for transportation. The timing starts from the corresponding business day, depending on whether your order was placed before or after the deadline..

Shipping Delays

Please note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated. Depending on the volume of orders we are receiving, your shipment may also take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don't want to do is sacrifice the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Changes Request

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@noctivon.com and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and color to avoid disappointment.
